As for the goods produced and sold by them, Reteck Industry Co., LTD and its distributors will offer the quality guarantee service for the customers all over the world, strictly obeying the " Regulation of the Responsibility about the Maintenance, Changing and Setting Back of Computers' By Products "(“Regulation of Three Guarantee" for short) In the regulation, if the products are produced by Reteck and sold by distributors, the quality guarantee service will be offered by the distributors, while Reteck will offer service support for the distributors. The specific clauses are as following:
1. The setback of goods in seven days after buying is free. (The date is subject to the date filled in the Evidence Form of Three Guarantee by customers, same below), the setback, changing, and maintenance of the products with flaws are allowed. When the goods are setback, the payment will be returned at one time according to the buying price (subject to the price on effective invoices, below same); when the goods are changed, they should be changed to new products of the same type and specification or new products of the same brand but with the performance not worse than the original products (below same).
2.The changing of goods in 8-15 days after buying is for free. In 8-15 days after buying, the products with flaws could be changed or repaired.
3. The goods having got free maintenance for more than two times in one year could be changed for free. 20 In one year after buying, the goods with flaws could be repaired for free. If they still cannot be used normally after being repaired for two times by Reteck Industry maintenance centers, the goods could either be changed or repaired according to the maintenance records offered by the maintenance centers.
Attention: Other products trussed up and sold with Reteck Industry products or promoted products will be dealt with according to the Three Guarantee Regulation if they are in the range of the Regulation, otherwise, they will be dealt with according to the Standardized Guaranteed Repairing Service Commitment of the very goods.
In order to enjoy the above service, please do as following when you buy the Reteck Industry products:
1. Fill in the " Evidence Form of Three Guarantee Regulation" completely, correctly and exactly, and then have the seal of the distributors stamped on it.
2. Ask the distributors for effective shopping invoices.
3. Custody the "Evidence Form of Three Guarantee" and the shopping invoices (the effective "EFTG" and the shopping invoices filled in completely, exactly and correctly, there should be no mark of altering; on the effective shopping invoices, such content as following should be indicated; the goods' trade marks, types, selling dates, sellers' seals, amounts of money, etc)
4. Check every term on the packing lists carefully to make sure what you buy accord with the packing lists.
5. Custody the accompanying articles and materials properly you will be demanded to return them in complete set when the setback or changing of the goods is needed.
6. Mark sure the paper strip seal complete (Reteck Industry products is only allowed to be taken out by the professional personnel of Reteck company, the breakage of the strip seal caused by non-authorized service persons will make the goods out of the range of three guarantee).
A、Responsibility Avoiding Clauses
If the following situations appear, Reteck will not offer maintenance service.
1. The damage caused by the using in abnormal conditions or caused artificially, by the using of pirate software, or by the infection of virus during the process of using.
2. The damages caused by the using, maintenance and custody disobeying the products manual demands.
3. Without effective "EFTG" and shopping invoices. (Except being able to identifying the products are in effective date of three guaranty
4. Tearing up or altering the "EFTG" without authorization (including that quality guarantee sticks are incomplete)
5. The types or serial numbers offered do not accord with the material objects.
6. The "EFTG" offered has no factory name, address, producing date and product quality certificate.
7. The trouble or damage caused by irresistible forces or by other problems having nothing to do with the design, technology, production, quality, etc.
B、Other Requirement:
In order to carry out national regulation of three guarantees, and return the products to be repaired to customers in 30 days, we make the following requirements of the products needing reprocessing.
1. To avoid the damage in the process of transportation, please pack the goods properly and only post the component with flaws. The customers will be responsible for the damage caused by improper packages.
2. The products needing reprocessing should arrive at the customers service department of our company in five days after the posting day. Thus customers are required to choose reasonable, regular transporting companies, which deliver goods to the customers, our company will renew returning date according to the exceeding time.
3. Customers are required to make a clear accompanying list for the products needing reprocessing, and fill in the posters' detailed addresses, names and phones numbers, etc, so that the liaison men of customer service department could contact you in time when the received products needing reprocessing do not accord with the material objects.
4. Each side bears half of the transportation expenses. Customers should bear the responsibility of the delay of the products' returning caused by the expenses' problems.
